Our repair tech, Micah, blew us away with his professionalism. Our 19-year-old air conditioner was blowing hot air and we were preparing for the bad news. Micah found the problem in about a minute and replaced a bad capacitor. He clearly explained what he found and we could not be happier. We discovered Perry about 5 years ago. They hire the best people, and their training is top notch. They take photos of the repair in progress and eliminate any uncertainties. We trust them.

My experience with Perry heating and cooling has been all around very positive. Todd came out to see why my old system wasn't working and helped determine that I needed a new system, which was five years past warranty. He was courteous and friendly, and helped me identify the most cost effective unit. Perry offered excellent financing options and was able to schedule me very quickly. The office staff who helped me with the paperwork were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The two professionals that came to install the new system were considerate and efficient. When I couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostat, Todd came out the next day to help me again. He was very patient and professional. My friends nearby have used Perry for years and also endorsed the company, so I knew I was in good hands. My new system is working well, I am happy, and I'd highly recommend Perry heating and cooling if you need a heating and cooling unit.

We purchased an HVAC back in February. The air conditioner condensation started to leak. The Tech came and assessed the situation and determined that it was due to a clog in the lower line not connected to the A/C, He cleaned it out and the ran the A/C for awhile to see if it solved the problem. No leak. He packed up his tools and left. About 1 minute after he left it began to leak again. We caught up with him in the parking lot and he came back and found that there was a crack around the fitting. He replaced the fitting and it is now working the way it should be. The way our A/C condensation overflow is set up it was easy for him to miss the crack because it drains into our bathroom sink piping. Thank you for a job well done!

Had a mostly good visit from Perry Heating and Cooling. For reference my dad was an HVAC tech most of his life and up until he retired he serviced our AC himself. When he didn't want to do it anymore this was the business in town he trusted to do the work right. My AC system hadn't been looked at in a while so I called them to come do a check. The system was said to have been running fine but the coils were dirty and he recommended replacing the surge protector on the outside as well as adding one on the inside to which I agreed having already had power surges take out my system previously. The tech came back another day to do the work since he didn't have all the parts on hand. He came at 8am to do the work so the house had cooled overnight and the ac was off for the morning. He completed the work and left without testing the system. When the system came on later it was just blowing room temperature air around and the house started to heat up quick. I called the company and told them that they had been out here that morning and it now had hot air blowing. They said someone would be back out but couldn't give me a time other than that it would be before the end of the day. It continued to get hot in my house and caused the temperature to get up to 88 in here before he made it back. Upon inspection of the system he had forgotten to put a fuse back in properly. I'll also note that it was the same guy who came back but who knows how long it took to get the message to him and for him to drive to me. In the instance where you screw up your own work the same day I would say that you should send the next available closest tech so that customers who already paid money don't start to bake in the heat. So if they want to earn an extra star they need a little more attention to details and to test the unit before departing. It really sucks to pay $900 for some AC work only to have it not function correctly later the same day while you start to bake in your house.
