We are so happy to have found Samson and Sons! Over the years Michael expertly maintained our two aging heat pumps, at very reasonable cost and without ever trying to sell us a new unit. Honest, on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. When it was time to replace one unit, we could not have asked for a better experience—scheduling, installation, price, friendliness, professionalism. Finally, Christian recently came to repair a unit that had stopped working and check the pressure of another. He worked out the problem and resolved it for us on the spot, also noting that the other unit didn’t require more coolant at the moment. Honesty you can always count on, professionalism, reasonable rates and friendly service. Great employees making this a truly great business!

Dylan gave me a courtesy call and arrived promptly. Professional and courteous, Dylan provided summer maintenance and cleaned my a/c unit. He came across as knowledgeable and adept and I felt he went above and beyond. We own a small Tucson townhome built in the 70's that was just using the open space in the walls for the HVAC returns - no ductwork. This resulted in weak airflow and a stale smell coming from the wall interiors. We asked several businesses for a quote to replace this system but were most impressed by Samson's attention to detail and very specific solution proposal, as well as the reasonable cost. Then their install manager came to the house to take measurements for the new ductwork design, followed by the install team. There was only now small space available for a new return hole in the roof but they were able to make it work and the result was an immediate improvement! Everyone at Samson and Sons was professional, prompt, and courteous – we highly recommend them.

We chose Samson and Sons to install our new ductless mini-split A/C and Heating system out of four competitive bids. Alex estimated the project, and he was by far the best rep we dealt with. He was the only one who sent us a detailed load calculation, so we knew the size of the unit is correct for our space. His estimate was also free of all discount and service contract "gimmicks" that the other companies promoted to get our business. This company is honest and straight-forward. Mladan then came out to measure and order. He was thorough and made sure I understood all aspects of the installation. Our installation crew included Zach, Isaiah and Quentin. They were super friendly, professional and did a great job. At the end, Zach led me on a walk-through, made sure I was completely happy, and he even took pictures of the serial and model numbers to email me and took care of registering the unit for warranty. Overall, this was a flawless process, completed quickly and on time. Everyone we encountered was a joy to work with. Contractors can be very frustrating and unorganized at times, but you can rely on Samson and Sons to deliver an exemplary experience. Their process from start to finish is perfection, and we're 100% confident we got the absolute best value for our dollar. We will surely use Samson and Sons for ALL our HVAC needs in the future.

SSHC is with it. It wasn't the lowest priced 4 ton HP split system in upper SEER range like omg. Its crew finished methodically and Mark came out later to personally look over every aspect of services delivered. Loose ducts were properly fastened onto plenums , etc. Mike came out before Christmas 2022 to manage maintenance package. ROC feedback was reviewed during purchase phase in 2020. SSHC stands over my HVAC system's performance through "maintenance" visits. Two thumbs up for amazing expertise (getting job done right seamlessly first time) and agility (flexible maintenance follow ups). Highly recommended for best quality Bosch product on market and its super courteous crews who bolster that first impression.

All aspects of getting a new heat pump installed and a vent removed and replaced for a roof installation went smoothly. They scheduled promptly, came on time (or rescheduled a couple of days in advance when necessary), and cleaned up after themselves. Personnel were polite and helpful when asked questions, and did a good job of explaining various aspects of heat pump operation.

Christian the HVAC tech arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He explained all that he was going you do and proceeded to maintain our A/C unit. I trust Samson with my heating and cooling needs!

Once again, Mark and his crew at Samson and Sons came through! This time it was for the big one, the main house HVAC. They have already installed 2 mini splits on my property since 2015 and I knew that it was only a matter of time before the main 5 ton HVAC unit on the main house would need replacing. They always show up on time and are very courteous. I don't even consider getting bids for the jobs as I know that I am getting a fair price by a company that stands by their work. I am so glad that Samson and Sons is growing so much and its all due to their great service!
