Our property has used The Carlson Company for many years. They have provided us with top notch service every time. They are able to help with the smallest to the largest of projects. We are a fully commercial property and they have taken care of our sump pump system, domestic hot water system, general plumbing repairs, and most recently, they completed a full replacement of 3 back flow systems. Called and left message after 5 pm on a Thursday called back at 8 am and tech was here by 10am fixed by 1030. Tech was extremely professional and super good with my pups too. We thought our water heater was going out, but Mike came out and looked at it and found lint had built up around the unit causing it to not work properly. He cleaned it thoroughly and made sure it heated up. He saved us money by not just saying we needed a new one. We really appreciated that Mike checked it out and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use The Carlson Company again!

I have used The Carlson Company for several years now for all types of A/C and Heating needs. Repairs, installations, modifications and routine servicing were done for me both at work and my home. When my Sister in Law moved into town just recently and bought a Townhouse my wife and I suggested using Carlson to do the replacement or her HVAC system. She got several quotations and decided to use the Carlson Company due
to the fair price and the trusting demeanor of Mike Carlson. They worked around our schedule, were courteous and neat, and finished in the time frame requested. Excellent work!

I have to give a shout out to Carlson Company! We had to do a total replacement of our water heater as well as "repairing" (that turned into rebuilding and bracing) of the platform that it, and multiple other appliances, were sitting on (ie AC, water softener, etc.). They rose to the occasion, went above and beyond! They were very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with and reasonable with parts and labor fees. Had three air conditioners installed. Service and install was outstanding. Joe Grotto, the Service Manager who coordinated quotes and the install, was extremely receptive to our needs and coordinated an excellent install. The installers were very neat and clean during the entire install. Would definitely use them again for all our plumbing and a/c needs.

The Carlson Company is part of my Home Team. They are the only company I call for heating, cooling, and plumbing. After a recent kitchen remodel, Ed and Nick came out to reinstall the plumbing under the kitchen sink. In addition, they reinstalled our dishwasher, and made sure everything was functioning. This wasn't the first time Ed and Nick provided service for us, it's always a pleasure having them come out to deal with any service issues we may have.

Gerard was very professional and courteous. They came to repair the heater and checked the whole system and found a bad ac part also. Our unit was old and theyfound all the parts, ordered them and installed them as promised. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I originally had a problem with my heating and cooling system. After several attempts to get it going it was later found to be a short in the mother board. Mr. Carlson was very good to understand my concerns and willing to do the repairs himself. He now has the fan, cooling and heating running smoothly. Thank you Mike Carlson for doing a great job.
