Customer Service is everything to me. Upon contacting Air Central the lady answering the calls was pleasant and had good knowledge of where people were and dispatched a crew to my home within the hour. Had my HVAC system replaced 3 days later. I was contacted the day before as a reminder of the install the next day and the day of a half hour before they arrived. The crew was on time and the install was done in about 2 hours. Service was top notch and the workers were knowledgeable. I was given an exact quote that did not deviate through the conclusion of the transaction and my warranty was delivered to my door. I am well pleased with Air Central Heating and Cooling and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Been a customer for service and replacements since the early 2000s. Always on time, calls ahead before arrival and employees are clean uniforms and very professional work accomplished.

Have been with them 20 yrs! They installed it initially & Repaired it 4 yrs ago it just gave out! Installed new AC Excellent service, honest, employees been with him over 20 years ! They are the best!! The owner will come out himself even in bad weather!! Thank you Jesee, Lisa, & staff for excellent service!

We were able to get next day appointment. They replaced AC compressor under warranty so only charged for service call. Very satisfied

Air Central has always provided great service from the original installation a few years ago to the twice a year maintenance that they provide.

A York heat pump was installed in my home and it has been a wonderful unit. The maintenance is also done by Air Central every 6 months. Overall I’m very pleased with there customer service and Professionalism.

They are reliable!! Nola is a super maintenance manager. Air Central installed our Day and Night HVAC unit 9 years ago. Completely satisfied here. Air Central is one of the best companies in Town!!

This business is great cause the guys are well trained, they arent beginners, they really know what they are doing. We have been with them over 30 years now. Prices are affordable.
