Comstock Air installed our new A/C system and did a phenomenal job! They are extremely professional from beginning to end. They carefully explained the options that were available to us and what the installation process would entail. Their prices are fair and the work exceptional. If you are looking to repair, replace or just maintenance in general Comstock Air is the place to go. They provided great customer service, treated us like family and not like we were just another sale.

I called and scheduled my yearly maintenance on the 2 AC units on my house. A couple of days later I had to call and reschedule and they were most accommodating. On the scheduled day, the service tech, Art, arrived on time and began to clean and service both units. He was extremely pleasant and professional. I have a large unit on the roof and a mini-split in a converted garage. He was very, very thorough in cleaning the units, especially the mini-split. Art is a true asset to the company. I have been a loyal customer for almost a decade and would highly recommend Comstock Air for all your HVAC needs.

Got my 5 ton A/C replaced in December they came out and knocked it out super fast and quiet didn’t even know they used the crane to remove and put the new one up. Seth was an easy to talk to person and helped out with all the paper work I needed to do and was very clear on what was going to be done. Would 100% recommend going with them they had the best prices in town from the multiple quotes I got from other companies.

We have been using Comstock Air for over 20 years with excellent service. When our nine-year old Trane Heat Pump stopped working on Thursday, August 27th, I called at 3:00 PM in the afternoon and AJ came out to see what was wrong. AJ has been maintaining our heat pump on a regular maintenance agreement for many years. After running some tests on the unit, it was determined that the compressor failed. Since we still had a warranty on parts he said that he will call to find a replacement.

The next day he called to say that he could not find one and we discussed our options and decided to upgrade to a Bosch 5 Ton-Seer 19 package unit. With a heat wave and temperatures over 110 degrees, the crew came out with the new unit at 2:30 PM. They had to retro fit the Bosch unit on our garage roof and within three hours we had air conditioning again. This was less than a 24 hour turnaround by Comstock Air. We are very impressed how quickly Comstock could get a unit and install it during this heat wave so that we could get air conditioning back into our home. Our dog “Krystal,” is also happy to be cool again!

On Saturday, AJ called to see how the unit was performing and we said excellent, much quieter, and better performance than the Trane unit that we had. This shows how our service technician AJ cares about his customers, and he is very pleasant to work with.

This is an excellent company with excellent staff; we would highly recommend them.

Called on a Friday & got new unit installed on Monday. Quick and Great service.

We've been experiencing a "not so nice" smell coming from AC system in our home.. our AC company that put our unit in and holds our service contract, referred us to someone who cleans ducts.. (no visit).
We called Comstock yesterday. "Met" with a very pleasant person who not only answered the phone, who then set up appointment for this morning. 4/19/22
Seth arrived this morning, pleasant, friendly, and professional, checking all the vents in house, crawled thru the crawl space ..(of course smell was not present) found nothing except an area where something could enter our system..
He answered our questions and treated us with respect AND there was no charge!! I feel like I have won a kind of lottery!
Anyway, we currently have a contract for an AC service and as soon as it needs renewal we will be transferring to Comstock. Thank you, Seth!
