Christine was my first impression of this business and she was so helpful and kind over the phone. I’m a first time home owner and she gave me a lot of information to make the best decision for our situation. There was a technician at my house 45 minutes from the time of our phone call, and when it was determined that we needed to replace our AC Frank was able to set it up for the next day! We had everything fixed within about 24 hours. I will be recommending this company to anyone who has issues with their AC in Yuma.

Great service! They installed in November and I had an issue in May and they came out quickly and provided great customer service!! Highly recommend these guys. Do not hesitate to call them for your AC/HEATING needs.

It's so nice to have a company that treats you fairly. That's not so common now days. Nlexis the tech was amazing. I also have to say my father lives down the street and stopped by to get a card. Called to make appointment they went straight there . He doesn't do new technology . I know the he was also very satisfied. Merry Christmas to all at your company.

Christine in Customer Service goes above and beyond for her customers. I called at 2 pm, hoping to get a tech appt. for the following day because my AC had stopped cooling in 100 plus degree weather! To my surprise, she said she'd out a tech right away! She also told me my AC was still under warranty - something I hadn't even thought off! All I wanted was to "cool off"! So Esteban arrived in no time and he turned out to be an outstanding technician! And I saved money too! Great business!

We’ve had Frank’s come out annually for yearly maintenance. Recently we needed them to enclose part of the system inside. Said they’d be here at 8am and they were. Staff was pleasant and professional. Got the task done efficiently. Recommend them highly!

They are very efficient and care about their customers! When I couldn't figure out why there was more air coming out of some vents, they came out the very next business day to check them all and the air conditioners on the roof also! The technician Sergio showed me how to adjust the vents, he answered all my questions and made sure I was happy before he left! They take pride in their business and honor their warrentees! With the experience I had with them, I highly recommend them to everyone, especially for their punctuality, professionalism, and expertise!!!

My A/C went out so I called and they came the next day and voila.... fixed! No lies, no bs just some good old fashioned customer service from beginning to end!

I called Frank's AC and heating to give me an estimate for installing a heat pump and connecting it to my 5th wheel. Frank himself was onsite within a day looking over my situation and explaining the potential challenges to installing and connnecting a heat pump to my 5th wheel. I did a little more home work on my end and Frank made antoher trip out to check out the ducting I was able to expose and confirm we we were good to proceed. His crew came out a few days later and completed the job in several hours. The install was done in such a way that it to minimize any impact on storage and living area of the 5th wheel....the whole install was done very clean. His crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves and giving us a tutorial on the programmable thermatstat before leaving. All in all I would highly recommend Frank and his team for any heating or AC work you might need.

Frank installed my air conditioner in 1995. I have him check it out once a year. It has needed a motor & other minor repairs. His price for parts & labor has been more than fair.Have always been completly satisfied. His company does great work. You can count on his word. Never in all these years have I been dissatisfied.
