It is very rare for me to write a review for a business. Like many people, I tend to keep to myself and look at other peoples reviews. However, this time I thought it was very important for me to write of my experience regarding this company and the quality of the work they performed for me.

Our septic system has caused us problems for the past 6 1/2 years. My wife and I have had various companies look at our problem and those companies only temporarily fixed it. This company has gone above and beyond what I would consider to be acceptable work performed to accomplish the needed result for the problem. Whenever our washing machine would go into the spin cycle, water would come up from the drain in the floor and fill in the whole area around the washer and dryer. Water would also come up the drain in the kitchen sink and our toilets wouldn’t flush. When I called Westar they came right away and fixed a massive problem that the other plumbers just dismissed over not willing to put forth the effort in order to correct the problem appropriately and properly. While fixing such a problem is expensive, not fixing it and letting the problem persist would’ve cost me much more in the long run and Patrick and Henry and Gene were not only professional and thorough in what they did, they were also kind and compassionate about fixing my problem the right way the FIRST time. I cannot recommend this company enough. They did AMAZING work and they treated my wife and I like people and not like a paycheck. From this time forward I will ALWAYS go with Westar for all of my plumbing needs! Thank you, Westar, for truly fixing my problem! I will always recommend you to my family and friends!

Western, went over and beyond to help correct all plumbing issues. Polite and very professional! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work!

Do the job but are expensive and call extra help which cost extra money to you. A 200 job wound up costing 700.
