Great company and highly recommend! Phenomenal service and they were out in less than 24 hours. We had a non-functioning air conditioning unit and Wes quickly found the issue as a sensor that had been bumped near the furnace. The bill was completely fair. Wes even called from his previous job noting that he was done a little early but completely happy to wait if needed until our original time window (with a broken A/C, I was more than happy to have him our sooner!). we will use Comfort Living again!

The team at Comfort Living is the best you could ask for installing and servicing your HVAC! Besides their ability to install our home with the most advanced equipment available (including a separate refrigeration unit for our wine room); they are the most customer focused people you have ever meet. They are 5+++ star company!

Rodney and Wes helped us get our unit through the summer last year so that we would have several months to save for a new unit this summer. These guys are honest, competitive with their pricing, and do very high quality work. Casey took the time to show us how to use the new thermostat and sensors, then helped us get the App set up on our phones. He was thorough, took his time and answered all of our questions. We have a 16 year old son who is autistic, and he was a bit unsettled with all the noise and strangers in the home. All of the men were kind and understanding, and genuinely seemed to try and disturb his environment as little as possible. I cannot recommend these guys more highly. We will only use them for any Heating and A/C needs.

Prior to hiring Comfort Living Heating & A/C, I had called another company to come out and inspect my AC unit 3 TIMES! Each time they they came out they told me nothing was wrong, even though it was leaking all over the place. I finally called CLH and the FIRST time they came out they realized that the pipes on the A/C unit weren't installed correctly. They put the pipes in the right place and VIOLA no more leaks. I am SO GRATEFUL to CLH because of their expert technicians and fast response time. I would recommend them to anyone and I know I personally will be calling them for my home and my business the next time I have an issue.

Recently purchased a new home and had all 4 hvac units serviced. Later that night we, turned on one of the units that we rarely use and my wife thought we smelled a gas. We called at 9pm and not only did they take our call but the owner of the company came out to our home personally to inspect and fix what turned out to be a minor problem. Very impressed with this company's commitment to their customers!

They returned my call after business hours about my AC not cooling. The technician arrived on time the next day and found the AC unit needed refrigerant. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions; also, their pricing was reasonable. I would recommend using this company for AC service.

They were available promptly to help me fix my HVAC, performed the repairs quickly, and were happy to explain the issue. I will definitely be using this company in the future for yearly inspections/maintenance and other issues should they unfortunately occur. Couldn't recommend more highly.

WORST service ever!!! Called on Monday because AC went out and offered AC info, serial number etc so we could get fastest possible service. Supposed to come out on Tuesday but no one ever showed up...or called! Finally came on Wednesday only to be told they didnt have said part and had to order it overnight. Normally overnight means next day. Not to these guys. We did not recieve a call until 6 on Thursday night to say they didnt have the part...still. When we complained to the service man about how long it was taking he said he just wouldnt come. REALLY??!! This is how they conduct themselves?! I strongly strongly urge you to search elsewhere if you are ever in need of heating or AC services. Seriously.

They got us up and running in minutes after another company's inspection left us with mysteriously out of service within 24 hours after recommending a total redo of our ducts and a new unit. Utmost integrity.

They arrived on-time and completed the task for a very reasonable fee. Casey explained the problem and corrected it. Comfort Living Heat & Air will handle all my heat and air issues going forward. Very pleased!
