Swanson Heating and Air

Swanson Heating and Air was recommended to me by my regular hear and air provider as they were completely booked with jobs and could not get to me for 3 weeks. Gary came out the next day after my call. Gave me several options to choose from which included an option that was 1/4 the price replacing the part versus the entire unit. So far, the part is working. I’m praying my choice was a good one. Due to having my units serviced properly and kept clean, AND the part being available, I had an option to NOT have to replace the entire system. I really appreciated Gary going the extra mile to give me as many options as possible. I would highly recommend him, and I will recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

Gary fixed my AC unit when it went out in the middle of August. He came the same day I called and after his inspection of the unit, realized that it needed a new coil that was unfortunately on backorder. Gary went above and beyond to keep my house cool during the waiting period and even lended me a portable AC unit. He was great at communicating with me on timing as well as explaining the problem to me so that I knew exactly what was happening. He also had many calls with the manufacturer to speed up the delivery of the backordered part and ensure that the parts were covered under warranty (unit was only 2 years old). Absolutely phenomenal experience, I would highly recommend Gary to anyone looking for Heating/AC services.

Our ultimate goal in investing in a new HVAC system was to have a better-performing, higher-energy efficient unit. Our house is 17 years old and we were starting to have problems with our A/C unit. Most people in our neighborhood had already replaced their original units, and it was time for us.

Gary quoted a Lennox EL296V with an efficiency rating of 96 and a XC16 compressor with a 17 SEER rating at very competitive prices. We got exactly what we wanted at an excellent price compared to bids from other companies.

The team arrived on time and finished the work in their estimated time frame. They ran into a couple of unexpected events due to the configuration of our old units, but they figured it out and didn't leave until the job was done.

Not only that, they are polite, neat, and clean to the max. I enjoyed having them in my home, and they left it cleaner than they found it. They also carried off all old equipment and debris.

This companies driving skills are the worse! The run red lights, cut people off, almost wreck in to people, and etc... be careful with who you choose, you car might just be ruined by the time there finished. Pray you have great insurance.
