This company installed a new HVAC unit for my home in February 2022. Said he would return in a couple days to install a drain pipe to run water away from the unit. Never returned. I called him twice once in November and once in December for concerns about how cold my house was and reminded him about the drain pipe. Both times he said he would check it out. Haven’t seen him. Guess I’ll have to call someone else to check things out.

Professional and reasonably priced. Took out and replaced heat pump system, indoor and out door units in one day.

This company installed a new heating system less than 2 months. With the cold temps in the negative degrees, the heating system has failed and is blowing cold air. Spoke to the owner and he was very unprofessional, told me he didn't make enough money off my job since it was through American homesheild and that I have no warranty for this new heating system they just installed that has failed. Not only does this company perform poor service and they don't back their work, they are heartless to not even come out to look at the failed heating system with these cold temperatures. Poor work and very unprofessional.

After installing our unit did not return calls to service. Will never ever deal with Scantlings again. They just care about making money.
