I called them to fix the AC at my rental unit Monday. They came on Tuesday at 3:30 pm. I spoke with one man on the phone who was incredibly patronizing and rude. The AC was running when they left, but was not cooling the house and my tenants called at 8:00 pm (4 hours after the service call) to say that the repair man had come, but the house was not cooling. On the bill they issued it says that the system was working when they left--so the woman I just talked to said that if it broke after it was my problem. This is a really sneaky way of not being liable for not fixing a problem. She was also quite impolite when I asked questions about my home and bill. I had another person come and they said the repair man did not replumb the line after a leak, so he needed to do that and that the "fix" was only temporary. So, now he's coming back tomorrow to actually fix the AC.
There are so many good and professional services, like Pascal and TempreturePro NWA around. Would never use again or recommend to anyone.
