London did a great job of showing me what the problem was. We were getting no gas to the heater. Summit confirmed that the meter had self destructed. No gas could get through. Meter was replaced. Much thanks to you for the fast response and to Landon for his professionalism.
Not sure what service category to list my review under. But, Landon was super nice and showed me where there was a clog causing a leak behind my air filter. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. Also, the receptionist was super sweet but I forgot her name! Great service, on time, professional, etc. and I highly recommend this company for your HVAC issues!

The technician could not find what was wrong. Said that despite servicing the entire unit within the last 6 weeks said that he needed the owner of the company to look at it because he was more knowledgeable in duct-work but offered no other resolutions except that we should fix the drywall in the unit closet to keep hot air from attic out. Perhaps this should've been noted prior during the servicing with the previous owner. We did not get a call to schedule with the owner, but a call to pay for "service" that really wasn't done.
