If your considering working in the Service department in Springdale I would seriously reconsider. Service supervisor for that area lacks the qualities of a leader. He has what can best be described as toddler like tendencies. If he is angry he will throw things and have a tantrum. He is incredibly moody and makes his entire service team feel like they are walking on egg shells. He will not talk to you like a man if there is any type of problem or misunderstanding. He will simply pout and tell or as I have seen in some cases call a tech and chew them out while other technicians are standing right next to him. It makes for a pretty poor work environment. The entire service crew for that area has a vibe of negativity and I promise you if you have worked with them previously they have slandered and bad mouthed you repeatedly. It most definitely can bring you down in a hurry. If you have an option go work in the Fort Smith area. The crew down there is pretty solid minus one guy that has some serious anger issues who happens to be best friends with the service supervisor. He has tantrums and pouts as well. As far as the actual work it’s not bad. You will spend a lot of time looking for work to do as they dropped their franchise with Trane and lost business. I found myself going to Fort Smith and Tulsa pretty regularly to fill out a work week. I definitely wouldn’t work there again. Just a heads up.
