Middleton Heat & Air

Middleton has always been reliable. I needed to have all my duct work replaced during one of the hottest weeks of the summer so far. It was a 3 day job. They stayed late on day 2 to try and get me some type of air. They have really great service and their technicians are the best. Would definitely recommend!

We have called 3 different air companies over the past two years. None of which took the time to assess and fix our air unit. PHILLIP from Middleton looked at every possible explanation for air not cooling. I just had a surgery and he wouldn't let me help get him a hose or stay in the heat while he hosed down the compressor for free until they can service it. Best service ever. He cared and took the time to help my family stay cool and safe at home. Thank you.

Explain things as he went along. Gave a few options on repair and I picked what worked best for my situation. Tech even gave some tips on preventive measures for the future, as well as things to look for when/if my unit goes out further down the line in regards to replacement. Very helpful and professional.(Even working around all of my tornado damage aftermath)

Middleton Heat and Air has such quality employees. They go beyond their jobs making sure all my questions are answered. And check to see if the unit is clean and working properly before they leave. Everyone that I have call are so very pleasant to talk with. Answering all my inquiries and are so polite.
I'm not looking any more for someone to service my unit. Im staying with Middleton .👍👍

From the first time I called Middleton, they have been nothing short of excellent. The consultant was on time, listened to our needs and made the appropriate recommendation. The installation was smooth and professionally done. Everyone that I have had contact with at Middleton have been fantastic to work with.

The service tech was a good guy so my beef is not with him- it was the exorbitant charges. Was $ 90 just to show up ( service call charge which apparently includes nothing other than being there) and $60 in “repairs” which consisted of tying 3 or 4 zip ties around a refrigerant line to keep it from vibrating. Did not fix the problem ( again it was not tech’s fault as a fix would have involved replacing the entire line). But no slack on charging me $ 162 for basically nothing. Would not use Middleton again.

I recently had my AC unit go out. I received an estimate from Brent with Middleton. Brent was honest and up front about what I needed without trying to sell me more than I needed. Brent’s honesty and service advisor David’s honesty about the need to replace my unit is why I chose Middleton. My new AC and heat unit were installed today by Eric, Frank, David and Julian. They were very professional and friendly. They explained the new unit and benefits, checked the vents to make sure all were working properly and cleaned up all debris before they left. They have earned a customer for life and I would recommend them to anyone needing with AC or heat repair or replacement.

Kris Z was excellent in his a/c servicing today. He was thorough in his system check, courteous, and answered all my questions. He had a valuable tip for the time I will need to replace my units. Middleton is the best in my book.

Ferrio did a great job and was extremely friendly. Really appreciate his help in fixing the duct to a bedroom that was really warm. Was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our system wasn’t running as cool as it used to. Wes Straub came out and did a thorough check on our systems. He explained each task before he began it and answered any questions I had. He also offered recommendations for future maintenance. Mr. Straub provided excellent, friendly and accommodating customer service. Our unit has never worked better!
