I used them for a plumbing issue. I called a local small business first, but my first 2 calls were sent to voicemail, so I looked elsewhere. I am happy I chose to go with Paschal. A live person answered immediately and she was friendly and quite helpful (Lauren, I think). I liked getting real-time updates on my service person so I knew exactly when to expect their arrival. I also appreciated that they offered Saturday service! Caleb was very knowledgeable and professional. The work was done well for a reasonable price. I recommend them and will use them in the future.

Dillon came to do our service today. He was extremely thorough in his inspection. He alerted us to some issues with our system and some potential problems down the road due to the age of our indoor unit. Our outdoor unit was cleaned very well. He went over options at all price points and worked hard to find the right solution for us.
We will be requesting him every time from this point forward. 10/10

The team was great!!! Gavin and Cecil in the service department did a great job inspecting the system and providing the initial servicing requester. After recommending a new system, Casey came out within 48 hours to give us a quote and go over our options. Friday we signed for everything and by Monday the installation team was put. Yaree and Miguel were great and made sure everything was up and running before they left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their HVAC system serviced and/or replaced.

Provided clear explanations so my Homeowners association & I could understand what they were doing to identify & resolve the sewage backup problem. Suggested various ways to improve the plumbing.

Ben was very informative and helpful. The electrical work was done very professional. The guys putting in the propane pipes were friendly and did a great job. I was very pleased with how it looked. Gary also did a very nice job of laying down gravel to get the generator level since the spot I wanted it to be placed was not level. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience and I highly recommend this crew. I am glad I contacted Paschal for this upgrade to our home.

We have been without heat for a week now. Paschal came to our home on 01/17 because our unit wasn’t working. It was discovered that lightening was the cause. We have been in contact with our insurance agent, and they are on board with whatever repairs are needed. We have called, had direct communication with the office staff, and cannot get an answer to what needs to be done. No heat for a week. We are on the maintenance plan with Paschal, purchased our unit from the previous owners (wish they were back), and have tried to be patient. I have never seen such poor internal communication from a company. No one can tell us where we are in this process or what the next step will be. The office staff is no help. No heat for a week. Do better, Paschal. Your 4.8 rating is about to take a dive.

Robert arrived even earlier than expected. Diagnosed the problems and made sure that I understood. He then set about installing a new capacitor. Also gave me the information to have some call me and make an appointment to give us an estimate on a new system. A very informative and efficient man.

We had a bad water leak, and they responded quickly. The job was dirty and time consuming, but both young men were persistent and stayed until the job was done. We used Pascal for our AC unit, and have no complaints. And still no complaints, just praise and thankfulness for helping us. Would definitely recommend them for any home needs you may have.

We have always been happy with our service from Pashcal but their technician, Harley, was awesome! In and out in record time. Very personable and dog friendly. He took the time to let the dogs get to know him and made a very good impression on, not only our dogs, but also with my husband and I. Finding good service people can be tough, but Pashcal is obviously doing something right!

Been a customer for a couple years for HVAC maintenance, was always great. Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Even the schedulers were prompt and professional.

Been trying to schedule a HVAC cleaning and the one person at the company that does that will not speak to me. I’ve been trying for three weeks.

I canceled my next maintenance appointment and will find a new company.
