On New Year's Day, I contacted Joe's Plumbing & Heating regarding my eight-year-old leaky heater. Ron left his residence early on Saturday morning. The new installation was expedient and effective.

We called at 9:21am , Chris came at 11:15 and he finished installing by 1:30pm. We thank you for a prompt response. We just need to wait for the permit to be granted. Nevertheless, the technician, Max, came to give me an estimate, on Monday. It was was so competitive that I scheduled the installation for Thursday of the same week. Max did the installation and he did a great job. He showed me the main parts and explained how they work so I felt a little less intimidated. I called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating and the technician arrived in 1 hour from my call. My technician was Max D.. Max did an excellent job in the installation of my new water heater. He cleaned the area completely before installation. He complied with the applicable building codes to the letter. He explained the operation of the system in detail and he answered all my questions. It was really a pleasure to see a real professional do a thorough job so well.

This water heater company did an excellent job in replacing our leaking old water heater. Their technician Steve B. did the replacement job as estimated by him within two hours time!
