My dryer stopped getting hot so I reached out to this company. They were very fast to get out to fix my dryer. They did a clean out and changed a high limit kit. Charged 240$. The tech said it was really dirty with lint and advised me not to run it till I had a chimney sweeper clean the duct. So that's what I did. Paid another 100$ to this person. After the duct was clean , I attempted to use my dryer. Still not getting hot. I called them and they sent the tech out and he said the part failed and put a new one in. 2 weeks passes and it stops getting hot again. This time he says it's the motor. They quoted me 320$ and said now I need to pay for another high limit kit as well. The guy that is in the office got super rude when I told him I wouldn't pay for that. They literally used the process of elimination at my expense to make repairs. I bought my own motor for 94$ and put it in myself. AND guess what , that kit he wanted to charge me for wasn't even bad. He even admitted the motor would cost him 220$ so that 50% Mark up on it. Caught him in his own lie. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Herman came and fixed my Frigidaire fridge. He was very professional and polite. He also was very informative and explained everything thoughly. I would recommend AC appliance to my friends and family! They will be my go-to whenever I need them!

My fridge that I use to store my cakes & treats, kept leaking water on the top shelf. I tried to prevent it but had no luck... I finally got it serviced & it was super quick & affordable. Definitely worth doing business with!

They installed our dishwasher and double wall over. They were incredibly professional and went way out of their way to get each of the appliances installed. They all were very friendly and felt safe with them within my home. I recommend without hesitation. The manager, Anthony, really went out of his way with impeccable customer service, help, and support with every step!

This is my 3rd time having them come service my appliances and they always come in a timely manner and have been able to always fix the issues in a timely manner. Great service. Great rates. Always my goto. Thank you!

I am so pleased with the speedy service, quality repair, price and professionalism. Derrick was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I tried several times to get service from Best Buy and Premier Service and neither could make an appointment for weeks. It's AC for us from now on. Local is the way to go.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Needed to buy a $5 part. They’re “so busy” they can’t have someone mind the store at all times — no worries. At their suggestion, we set an appointment. Arrive at the appointed time, no one is there. And surprise, surprise, they suddenly aren’t answering the phone. So, after several attempted phone calls, and 45 minutes of waiting, I just did a little more research, and ordered the parts through Amazon. Thanks for nothing but a waste of my time, AC appliance Inc.

Arrive on time. Herman is so polite and respectful. That is how to treat clients. He also explains to me what the problem is and how is he going to fix it. I highly recommend them.

They picked up their phone, gave a good time to come over, and fixed my air conditioner. What more could you ask a company to do. The experience, friendly service, and good price is why I have AC Appliance in my address book. Having a reliable company to call when things go wrong is so important.
