I appreciated the phone call updates and knew exactly when someone was coming out. Alex was on time, professional and knowledgeable. The estimate for what I wanted was not within my budget otherwise I’m sure I would have continued to have a positive seamless service experience. I would recommend this business.

ARMS Air Conditioning and Heating again hits it out of the ball park and
doesn’t rest on it’s laurels.
No business can stay open for decades
without hiring very capable people and
capital investment in tools, technology and training. I call it the 3 T business model.
My tenants complained that the smaller bedrooms had inadequate air flow.
I learned more about HVAC systems
from Kyle than graduating from
Cal Poly SLO when I aced
Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics.
All issues addressed and plan on scheduling more services this Spring 2023
at my other rental property in NE Merced.
Videos and photos demonstrate the magic
performed. Couldn’t be happier because
capability and cost are key.

is the Gold standard for California’s Central Valley. This Atwater, CA family owned business has been my go to contractor since 2007, A+ rated at BBB, zero complaints dating back 30 years. Eagerly plan to rehire for my other rental property in
Merced, CA.
PS: their prices are reasonable and honest
technicians know their trade!

One of our A/C compressor fans was not working and I called ARMS in the morning. They were able to get a technician out the same day. Alex, the technician, was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair it during the visit to ensure our unit was up and running. Alex was professional and knowledgeable.

The service technician was very good, and very thorough answered all my questions. Let me watch what he was doing, and explained exactly what was going on and how to take care of my system. I greatly appreciated it, and I will be using them in the future.

Alex was awesome and Arms was the only company doing service calls this holiday weekend that I could get a hold of, I'm very impressed and will for sure call them first next time I need anything, and definitely recommend them to friends, family and client's.

I got a call that the a/c tec would be at my house in 30 minutes. He was on time and very nice. He checked a/c and made recommendations that need to repair. He give me a price and had all the parts on his truck.
