Absolutely wonderful. I called around 11.30 they were out here by 1:30. Very professional and knowledgeable and very nice.
It was awesome they put me in their schedule today. I am so grateful!!

Rudy's has been amazing!!! I had them install my new AC on my house, and when it stopped working all of a sudden after 1.5 years they came out to repair and it only cost me another $600 :) Good Company IMHO

Called early this morning explaining in great detail what was needed. Furnace check in a large travel trailer. Person stated no problem and scheduled appointment. Service person arrived and left immediately stating they do not work on trailers. I called office, they said he should have serviced the unit. Person said he would speak with management and call me back. When no call back came, I called office again. This different person said they do not service travel trailers. Wasted an entire day on this. Had the first person I talked with given me the right information, this entire day would not have been wasted. Clearly, this company lacks consistency in its employees understanding what they do and do not do. I think they might have integrity and professionalism issues. Lots of wasted time and lack of credible information. Beware if you use these people; the left hand does not seem to know what the right hand can do or cannot do.

Both individuals that came out were professional and courteous. They put integrity and honesty before profit. That is very rare in this day and age.

Had two minor issues. They responded very quickly and got the job done.

I'm conflicted on what to score. First of all they have great prompt customer service. They are always there when I need them. They come out quick and communicate well. They make it easy for me to pay since I don't live at the location. My only concern is that I have purchased 2 HVAC systems within the last 3 years and within 2 years both of them have had issues that cost me almost $1k to fix each. The other units worked fine for years with no problems. I continue to go to them because they put them in. They will say parts are covered but not their labor which I kind of get. I just don't think new units should have so many problems so soon. On average if they come out it cost me $600-$700. I like them but it just doesn't sit right that this keeps happening. So 2.5 stars for my new systems. 4 stars for their customer service. 4 stars for ease of making payments. Hope that helps!

Awesome service! They showed up early and got to the job. They were very informative and honest about the job and fixes for it. They gave me my options on the repairs and left me to make my decision. Was never even pressured to go a certain route on the repair. Can feel the big improvement on the repairs done and I would strongly recommend them to anyone that needs any HVAC work.

Good responsive punctual. Workers knew their trade.
The pricing I felt was over the top $500.00 for a $40.00 fan motor and a 30 min. Install.
I recommend Rudy's specially if money doesn't matter.

They were timely and great communicators. They texted and emailed confirmations for appointments and when they were on their way. They made paying easy by sending an email invoice (though I paid by check). I would recommend Rudy's.
