DO NOT USE. Unfortunately this company does not value their reputation in town and chooses to employ dishonest individuals with no customer service skills. Claudia in particular , has zero personable attributes to make her truth worthy and zero empathy for other businesses in town. There are several other companies for Air Conditioning or refrigeration maintenance to use. Save yourself the money and time by going to a reputable company. I wondered why they couldn't keep enough service technicians employed, but now I see it's probably because they are dishonest. This certainly is a public service announcement that I am shouting from the roof tops! Going from a $54 part quote to a $1200+ bill can happen to the best companies. But how you choose to relate that the customer is important. Telling a customer to use someone else in the future, because I said I felt like they didn't appreciate my business, speaks volumes. So I will take the office managers advise and use someone else. Spread the word!

I am the Manager at Edible Arrangements Bakersfield, I was recommended by a family friend who specializes in refrigeration to use United. I called them out and they attempted to service our freezer. The technician didnt look like he knew what he was doing and he spent more time outside then inside with the unit. He quoted me $1,400 to repair the unit. I got a second opinion and was quited far less. We refused the repair and were still charged $240.00. I will never use this service again.
