Chill Out Heating and Air

Today, Sunday, May 21st, Josh from Chill Out! Heating and Air, made a trip out to our home for a second time, after cleaning and repairing our HVAC back in November, after our heater stopped working.

During that visit he cleaned out our unit, and found a problem with the motor. He spent the rest of the day, traveling to different locations, until he was able to find the last available unit in Southern California. The following morning he was out and installing the new motor.

Not only did he respond to todays call, right away, but made the trip on a Sunday at 4:30pm. Within minutes he was able to troubleshoot and repair the problem(blown contactor, causing our compressor to stop running).

In less than 15 minutes the problem was resolved and Josh was on his way.

Josh was recommended to me by my local handyman when my air conditioner stopped working a few years ago. Josh came to my house, figured out I just needed to replace the thermostat, and even looked up a replacement thermostat and texted me a link to save me money instead of installing from his own stock! He didn't charge me a dime to save me all that money, so now I call him out to service my A/C every summer to make sure everything is ready for our Southern California heat waves. This year, it turned out I needed more R22 and to replace a couple of parts so the service was pricy, but I gladly paid it because I know he is an honest, dependable, knowledgeable service provider who hasn't led me wrong yet, and we noticed an immediate improvement in our air conditioning after he was finished.
