I booked a visit with this company and they never showed up. I had to call them twice and waited 5 hours. Company gave minimal acknowledgment or apology for the issue. Delays happen but lack of communication for a paid service is a problem.
Everyone was timely and helpful throughout the process. We removed two furnaces and had one new high efficiency unit installed. We're really happy with the work and the results. I would recommend Hassler to others. Good job guys. I love it!

JUST CALLED THESE PEOPLE AND THEY WOULD NOT EVEN COME TO AN APARTMENT COMPLETE IN BEVERLY HILLS.....SMALL COMPLETE WITH 23 UNITS....WITH ONE UNIT NEEDING THE CENTRAL AIR REPAIRED....BECAUSE WE NEEDED THEM TO COME IN THE MORNING.....WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS...HE TOLD ME THAT HE NEEDED TO TAKE CARE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS FIRST.....WOW - 2ND BUSINESS WHO DOES NOT WANT WORK....THIS IS SAD THAT COMPANIES ARE TURNING DOWN BUSINESS.....THIS COULD HAVE LEAD TO A LONG TIME CUSTOMER.....
