Very happy with the service provided. Dennis always does a good job. It's not the first time that we have had Dennis come to our house for repair.
Setting up an appointment is simple. Got an appointment quite easily too.
Day of the appointment, Dennis came within the window provided with a message giving the ETA first. We had a leak behind the refrigerator drawers of our Samsung fridge. He diagnosed the problem within seconds, fixed it the same day within a matter of half hour.
Payment options are convenient too.
We are satisfied with the overall ease of getting the problem fixed. Will definitely recommend the company.

Gas furnace wasn’t working and appointment was only available for the following day. The phone appt attendant recommended that I contact other local repair shops since he was aware of the urgent nature due to the cold temperature at night. Made several calls that didn’t pan out so called back Global to make the fix. Luckily Dennis had a replacement control board to make the fix. Our AC stopped working. I called Global HVAC and appliance repair and I got an appointment for the next day from a friendly customer service person. Dennis quickly diagnosed the problem to be low refrigerant and potential capacitor problem. Gave me a reasonable quote, fixed the problem and made sure the system worked as expected. The problem got solved in about an hour. Dennis is very professional and helped resolve the issue quickly. I can see that he deeply cares about his work and ensures customer satisfaction. Update: actual first visit was good and efficient but they failed with follow-up. Promised quotation for new unit is still missing and there has been no response to my contacts.
Update2: few days later they send needed info and we were happy with the content and option they offered.
Update3: after agreeing buying the equipment and installing it everything was perfect. Technician came on time, was efficiently working and end result was just fantastic!

I called Global Pro when my refrigerator stopped working. Dennis came and got it working with a temporary fix until the new parts came in. The parts arrived quickly and Dennis was back early morning the next day to repair my fridge. Great job!!'

My oven quit heating up, so I got in contact with Global Appliance Repair and they booked me an appointment the next day during a time that was convenient for me. Dennis arrived at my home on time and quickly identified the problem, fixing it the same day all within about 30 minutes! Very friendly and professional! I'll be calling these guys again for any other repairs that I need and recommending to local friends and family.
