Using John and his crew is everything one wishes working with a contractor would be but from other stories I hear that seems rare. We built directly after the Camp Fire (47th house completed) and during the entire process were never disappointed. Always there with suggestions and experienced advice, always on schedule and within the budget. Very professional and even had the ability to keep a smile on your face throughout the project. John built two houses for us, two houses for friends of ours and our neighbor's home, they all agree with this opinion. Gilmore construction is certainly at the top of their field and in reading their reviews I can see there are no negative ones!! People are quick to complain.... I think that says it all. Hire them and have this experience be enjoyable one instead of something you will look back on shaking your head.

Could not have been happier with John Gilmore, his employees and subcontractors. My kitchen designer recommended them when a dishwasher leak forced an unplanned remodel. From the bidding process to the finishing touches, they were professional and paid attention to detail. They did a beautiful job!
