My air broke the day my mom was released from the hospital. We made it through the first week. I called my home warranty end result the coil/furnace was not covered. Andrew helped in connecting me with financing, and was able to get a new unit installed for me.
I am beyond grateful as I care for my 96 year old mom who suffers from dementia and is on hospice. Relocating her could have caused more confusion and anxiety. With the heat wave now in affect I was desperate to get my air conditioner repaired.
Anthem made it happen!
The 2 young gentleman who arrived at my home were so kind. My mom was still sleeping and they moved in and out so quickly and quietly.

This has been a wonderful day. Many blessings to staff and management.

We had a problem with our air conditioning unit. Anthem was very responsive. The lady I spoke with to schedule the appointment was kind and professional. We were able to get a same day appointment which was fantastic. Angel came out to service the unit. He was on time, friendly and very professional. He quickly diagnosed and repaired our unit and made sure before he left that everything was functioning properly. He asked if I had any questions as well. It’s good to know there are honest people out there. I would definitely use them again.

We couldn’t be happier with the technician Kevon who came out to get our A/C back up and running.
They kept us updated as to when they would be out too. Very top notch company.

Kevin had a wonderful personality and was very patient when I had questions. He was on time and I can tell him loves what he does. Keep up the good work! (week later) He came again and was very helpful, professional, neat, and clean. I enjoyed his company and his kindness.

Edgar has came over 3 times 1st to diagnose the problem with my upstairs unit. 2nd time he returned with the condenser fan. Replaced it and lastly I signed up for the maintenance of both units. Edgar was super thorough with his work. Very efficient, honest and on time. He didn’t rush he did his job super well. I am very pleased. Thank you

I really like the experience that I had. Anthony G came in on time, very informative and professional. He explained the things that are going on in our system as he checks it and let me know the things that I could do to keep my system running better. I would definitely recommend Anthem Air Conditioning and will definitely call them again whenever I need my system to be maintained and check on.

I recommend Anthem in every aspect of the process for buying and installing a new HVAC system. The sales rep was well-educated about ,not just Anthem's specific product line, but how all air conditioning and heat pump systems work. He was helpful, but not aggressive in his approach. The installation guys could not have been better, more friendly, and with great attention to the care involved in the installation, including how everything looked when done. Finally, the supervisor who came the following week to make sure everything was done correctly was also personable, answered all questions, and checked to make sure I was fully aware of how to operate the system. The whole process was A+. In addition, Anthem beat every other competitor on price. Perhaps that was best of all!

They were very prompt and let me know when they were on their way. TJ, the tech advisor, called me personally as well. Once he arrived, he was super courteous and explained the needed repairs in detail. Great service and super friendly tech. I highly recommend!

Arturo is extremely knowledgeable and articulate about his work. He meticulously performs his work and checks everything to insure it is working properly and efficiently. His demeanor is very calming even though it may be over 100 degrees outside and close to the same inside since the system is not working properly. I trust my heating and cooling system to professionals like Arturo. Thank you for allowing me to feel assured that my system is reliable and working efficiently.
