It was not only willing to sell, I got someone who was willing to take me through the entire process. He was super knowledgeable and explained the difference between economy and premium models. Being an engineer, I really appreciated knowing what I would get for the extra cost. My main concerns were AC noise since it was loud like a jet engine. We decided to go top end and are totally satisfied. A/C is quiet he worked on it and was done within no time. Am happy that I relied them for help.

My furnace stopped working and Sam was out the next day and diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. He is a very cheerful and helpful person. No rush, and wanted to look at how other parts of the system might be improved. I am going to have him back in the spring to look at my air conditioning .
