What a nightmare. We hired Smart Air to install a central humidifier and hvac. They installed the humidifier incorrectly which led to thousands of dollars worth of water damage in our house. Bradley admitted fault and offered to pay for damages. Sounds great but here we are 5 weeks later and the damages are not fixed.

He says we’re a priority and he wants to make sure everything is fixed, but he just keeps dropping the ball. It got to the point where I had to text or call him every single night because he wasn’t following up on things he said he’d do (check with flooring, check with sheet rock, repair the humidifier...etc). It was one excuse after another for weeks.

We pretty much had to demand our money back. We’ll be contacting the better business bureau.

The bottom line is they’re either crooks or incompetent. Go elsewhere.

Sarah did a great job explaining how I could be getting carbon monoxide in the home, it’s called the silent killer. Although she did not look at the heater she was able to look in the attic and found a piece made of cement. She was also able to find out the sq footage of the house and other info they needed. After giving this info to co worker. Waiting for co worker to show up to look at the actual heater. Sarah was very professional, knowledgeable, as well as very punctual. Great employee and asset to smart air experts.

Can't find them. Out of business? They installed the AC here almost 2 years ago and it has been having problems. Needed them to honor the warranty

Caused damage to my house for the service they provided. I have left several messages with their company and they refuse to call back. Do not use this company.

They seem to be very knowledgeable what they do and are helpful
