Nick Butcher is very professional, knowledgeable about his job, takes his time clean up after work and let me know step by step what he does. I would like to request him to come back next year to do the tuneup. He is awesome!!!

We had Nick come by for an AC tune up for our house, which we weren't the original owners on. After a thorough inspection of our AC, blower, and water heater, I can confidently say that my first impression is fantastic. Definitely wish we had them come by when we first moved in!

Carlos is a good man. He was informative, professional and kind. We have been using Greiner for a long time and a new system was installed about 18 years ago. We have had very good service every time the system is checked.

I had my AC and furnace completely replaced by Greiner 8 years ago and stay on their annual service plan since. They have been pretty good at scheduling the Spring/Fall checkups then recommend additional services for each system. As my systems are getting older, more and more additional services are recommended which is not surprising, but I can’t help to think sometimes they upsell the services. However, they do back their services so it’s for piece of mind to have just one place to go to if there are issues so I am happy with it.

The Tech was through he was polite and completed the job in a timely manner. He was very informative and explained different upgrades that could be made to my current system in depth. He was not high pressured and was very personable. I will definitely continue do business with Griener.

I used Greiner’s tune up service for our HVAC system. The technician Nick B arrived on time and was very helpful and thorough. For all the equipment he looked at, he was careful and took pictures and explained all the areas that were serviced or needed additional work. I have a better understanding of my system and scheduled a secondary appointment to talk with Greiner about some of the upgrades to make our system last. Will recommend them to friends

David was on time and very knowledgeable and had our system fixed with 15 minutes. Very happy with the service. Have used them for at least 15 years. Would definitely recommend them.

Nick was wonderful! He was very professional and thorough. He communicated with me and his team very well so not only to get the job done but to get the job done correctly. I like to know the details and those were shared very appropriately and clearly. He understood and was knowledgeable about our pre existing issue prior to the maintenance visit which helped the visit move along smoothly. If he didn’t have answer or wasn’t sure, he quickly spoke with another team member to confirm it or trouble shoot. After he left, I felt like my concerns were addressed, I felt more knowledgeable of what is going on with my HVAC system, and knew that if we had any further issues or questions the team at Greiner would be there for us!
