I couldn’t wait to write this review! After having had several bad experiences with tradespeople/contractors through the years, we were a little apprehensive about diving into such a substantial project (replacing broken furnace and having central air conditioning installed at the same time). We are happy to say that we are very pleased with the service we received from this company. They not only installed a new furnace and new central air conditioning, but they did it all in one day! From the cheerfulness of the woman who initially answered my call, to the expert service we received, we would without hesitation recommend this company. They showed up on time, the price was reasonable and competitive, and they were pleasant and professional during the entire process. They even removed the old air conditioner and disposed of it! They also cleaned up after themselves which is always appreciated. These folks worked VERY hard on a hot day that involved crawling under the house. We are extremely pleased with the service we received from this company and would definitely recommend their services.

DO NOT USE GLOVER and SONs for heating and air. Bought a unit 5 years ago told equivalent of brand and marketed exactly the same by same company just branded under different name. New unit should last 15-20 years. Comes today and tells me "oh that was just a temporary fix" and stayed FIVE minutes after arrival. Terrible customer service.
Charged for an emergency call nearly $400 stayed five minutes . Our air quit working as soon as he left and called within 5-10 minutes after him leaving the house to ask to come back and he boldly tried to upswell a $10k heater, thermostat and condenser after 5 minutes on site. Part working before he arrived now broken after the repair and after the 400 emergency call price, couldn't come back until middle of next week. Owner arrived with a bad attitude upon arrival and calling back to ask him to come back today, he got very defensive.
Called another company who came out same day. Found out he put an old dented part and charged me for a new. Found out he put in a part too powerful for the unit and would of blown the entire system by time he came back next week and he can lose license for doing so.
Other company charged half the labor rate for emergency service as the first guy and stuck around to make sure it worked.

Will be calling State License board Monday as the unit this company sold me is in no way need of needing replacement . It would of been if his part ran for any length of time. Felt like a ploy to get more business for himself.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy! Definitely didn't care to do a good job or want my business
