Horrible experience overall. My 10 year old Whirlpool refrigerator was not cold and Frank said that I should repair it (vs buying a new one) and that he could fix it. He said that my refrigerator was better than the newer refrigerators because they tend to break down only after a few years. I paid $250 for parts and "labor" and my refrigerator was still not cold. His 1 year warranty is useless. Frank said that he did not know why my refrigerator was not cooling. I had to buy a new refrigerator. I wish that I was able to read a review on Frank because he is incompetent. He is unreliable and irresponsible.
The first day, I called Frank at 10am and he said that he could be at my house at 12pm. I receive a call from him around 130pm and he stated that he was on his way. I waited and waited and at 300pm I called and Frank said that he had to stop by his house to pick up a part. He finally shows at 430pm and didn't have the right part. I wasted my whole day off waiting for Frank. It's my fault that I chose to go with Frank but I would like others to know my experience. I didn't want to write a bad review but it was necessary. Find another refrigeration repair guy or just buy a new refrigerator and save your money.

Honest and reasonable repair costs. I've used Frank in the past, with my other Fridge(s) and I had to call him again. Instead of charging me for every part, he advised me to just buy a new fridge, because I would end up spending more $$ in the long run.
