Roy and his company are as good as it gets !
I needed a 4 ton ac unit replaced and called about 8 different companies. I called Roy as well, who was very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick to respond and went out to give me a bid within 24 hours.
I received a total of 6 bids, not only was Roy's the most competitive, but I truly felt this man stands behind his work and will deliver as he promised.

I hired him, and boy, that was the best decision I could of made.
He and his wonderful employees showed up on time, went above beyond their job obligation to make sure I was super happy. I never asked them to do all that extra stuff, but that's the kind of man Roy is. When the job when completed on time, it was as good as it can get !

Bottom line, this is a great company, with a great owner and wonderful employees. Never hesitate to call and hire Roy for any and all your ac and heating needs. I know I certainly will.

This review is over due but I wanted to express my appreciation even if late. During a recent heat wave, the air in our SFV offices went out. Roy responded to my initial 'after hours' call within a very short time frame. He and his helper were out the next morning and the job was completed by that afternoon (would have been sooner but he had to go pick up a part). Roy and his partner were responsive, professional, clean, and very nice. I would not hesitate to use him again and again. Hopefully, I won't have to, but nice to know Roy and A1 Elite are there. Thank you and much much appreciation.

Roy and his crew did a great job. No BS salesmanship, the rest of his guys who showed up to do the job were nice and respectful as well. The price was reasonable, in fact better than most of the other companies that quoted the job. They were in and out, no drama, no upsell, the mini split system works great. Didn't leave a mess behind. No complaints! Will 100% call Roy again next time I need some HVAC work done.
