Horrible company. Stay away. Missed appointment, when I finally called to ask where technician was they offered no apologies, just excuses. When the tech finally came out, he could not have been more rude and unprofessional. It's shocking these people are still in business. Take your business elsewhere.

Had an old air condenser that went out on me. Called Eagle Air and was greeted with a very professional employee (Nick). Within a day he was out to inspect and assess what I needed, gave recommendations on replacements and made my life extremely easy. He then found an opening to install the system within 48 business hours. Eagle Air went above and beyond the duty of any HVAC company I have experienced before, they found minor issues that were not part of the replacement and fixed them for next to nothing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eagle Air for their Promptness, Fair Pricing, and professionalism as a company.

Super easy to work with Eagle. Great customer service. Their install team was professional and workmanship was excellent. System works great and very happy with the entire process.

Owner of new build. They are the contractors for HVAC. My AC stopped working. Called. Set appt via my warranty with KB Homes.

They failed the appt on a Wednesday. No call. No show.

Reset appt for Friday.

Second verse same as the verse. NO CALL. NO SHOW!!!!

Don't waste your time. They don't communicate. They don't care. They make mistakes and blame you hoping the contractor will believe them. Do business anywhere else.

I guess they don’t want business. Called twice, left messages, and sent an email but they never got back to me.
