Evan's Heating and Air

On Thursday I gave Evan’s a call with some questions about a loud pump in our split unit. Over the course of a couple of calls I was methodically walked through our options to remedy the noise. Louis came by later that day to take a look and we were on the books for the next day. They came in, removed the pump, installed the drain pipe, finished in a couple of hours, cleaned up, showed us how to maintain the systems, and connected us with someone to help patch the drywall. High quality professionals that delivered excellent work at an affordable rate. I highly recommend Evan’s.

Evan's was one of four places that I called, and Louis answered on the first call. One company took 36 hrs to call back, and the other two never did! Louis luckily was able to fit me in that day, and got our furnace back up and running. Best part was that he explained his troubleshooting methods to find/ fix the problem. I was very happy to find Evan's, and would recommend them 100%!

Called them for routine maintenance; they came out the same day. Our builder had installed our furnace incorrectly and they caught and fixed it all without charging anything beyond the standard maintenance fee. Great value and grateful to have found a good company for HVAC needs.

Louis was great. He made time in his busy schedule to replace my AC during a 90° week. He was friendly, clearly knew his stuff, and left the place clean. It’s awesome to have someone who is professional but also fun to be around if they’re going to be working in your home! You can tell he cares about his customers and his employees the way he speaks about them.

I don’t usually give stars across the board but these guys deserve it. The technician Louis was great. He came on time and was able to diagnosis the problem and fix it in no time. Totally professional and knows the ins and outs of old AC units and newer models. Other companies may try to sell you a new unit without even attempting a repair first. You won’t run into that at Evan’s. Highly recommend.
