I don't normally write reviews on google but Steve and his team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. We had to get a new AC system installed for our old townhouse which needed an entirely new system to route from ground level to the air handler in the 3rd floor attic.

We got a bunch of bids and Comfort Zone was very competitive. The other bids were 30-40% higher which we already passed on. We of course went with them and the service and professionalism turned out to be top notch. On time and communication was great(thanks Kelly!) also after the install was done a neighbor thought there was a leak due to our install and Steve sent someone out in a matter of hours. I think that follow through is really standout. Will be using them for future HVAC projects!

Steve saved me thousands of dollars when he fixed my a/c after a major local company told me I would have to replace the entire unit. Always prompt, professional, and personal. If my unit ever needs replacing Steve will be the one I call.

Technician arrived on time and did a thorough professional job. The price was very reasonable. We have been a long time customer.

My best experience with your service person name Ashley whom I didn’t know and first time talking to her and really appreciate such a person taking time and explaining to me details on what your company try to help me throughout this crazy cold weather that we never anticipated this winter!
She is very helpful and let me know at ease that she will followed up even though it is a Christmas holiday week and for sure she is on top of the whole matter.

No hesitation on using Comfort Zone again or recommending there services to others. Quality products, timely and professional. Installation was clean and on schedule.

Have been using the exclusively for all my residential heating a cooling needs for the properties I manage. On some occasions they have solved monumental problems for only $400.

Used Comfort Zone to install a new Air Conditioning unit. This is a small company that came highly recommended by a friend who was recently in the business. Comfort Zone was outstanding in all facets of the process. Steve Lucey is a very honest and hard working leader of the TEAM that gave me the estimate and installed the unit. Would also like to compliment his office staff for their great follow through on appointment times as well as installation process.

The Comfort Zone crew just installed a new air conditioner at our home. They were polite, timely, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Every day, they cleaned up after themselves. The installation of the unit, thermostats and duct work was excellent. Overall, we are extremely happy that we chose Comfort Zone for all of our maintenance and now this new installation.

This is an excellent company, from the phone contact, to their policies, to the technicians. Jim was the technician who serviced my AC. He was on time, did a thorough, efficient job and was friendly and communicative. I've tried several AC contractors and this company is the best. I had the same company for 7 years, and he sold his business. I was in need of a new AC provider and found the company I'll use.

This is why it pays to do your homework. I spent several weeks looking for the very best Air Conditioning contractor and was so glad I discovered COMFORT ZONE! Steve, Jim, Ashley, Kelly and Kellina are the most professional team you could ask for. They are all very pleasant people to deal with and answered all of my numerous questions quickly and thoroughly. The ductwork and A/C installation was top notch and they even finished a day ahead of schedule. A word comes to mind that sums up my entire experience with Comfort Zone. ...PERFECTION!
