Chris levering heating and ac

We have a house in Groveland, CA, we bought 4 years ago that has an Evaporative Cooler. I don't know when or if it is was ever serviced. I found Chris on Google. He came out the same afternoon and thoroughly went over the whole system with me. He checked, cleaned, and oiled all the necessary elements of the system and replaced the belt. His rates are excellent. He is very friendly and great to deal with. I am extremely pleased with his service and highly recommend him.

The service from Chris was excellent. He was very responsive, able to schedule a timely appointment, showed up on time and was very communicative throughout. He is local to the are where we needed HVAC service and was very knowledgeable. Our unit was unfortunately unable to be repaired, but it was not for lack of effort on Chris’s part. My unit is super old and the parts needed are not available anymore. I appreciated Chris’s efforts and his professionalism. His pricing was fair and honest. Chris came to our rescue in PML during new years time as our furnace was not igniting. He was able to diagnose the problem and had all the necessary parts and tools on hand to do some serious repairs! Great communication, great guy, and the work is unbeatable. I called Chris to fix My AC. Chris Charged me $349 to diagnose. $99 for a capacitor. Chris then charged me $668 for a replacement motor. The motor provided does not work. I do not want to pay for a broken motor, but told Chris I would. He is now stating he is going to lien my house and sue me for libel.

We arrived at our place in PML to find the AC had gone out, and house temp was above 90 degrees. I reached out to Chris in the morning and he was at my house a couple hours later. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to repair it on the spot (blown capacitor). What made this 5-star service was the additional "hardening" he did. During his evaluation, he saw that the common wire for the Nest had never been connected. So he took care of that. We also discussed a hard start kit for the AC unit, which given the frequency of power outages up here, made total sense. Chris was easy to work with and will be my first call with HVAC issues on the hill.

Chris was professional and upfront with the estimate, but what made it the best service was the second day when I called because it was not working again, he trouble shot it over the phone. Turned out to be another issue not related to his repair and it was back up and running.

Chris was called by my son in a panic. He was johnny on the spot. I had a number of issues and he stayed on it till it was up and working on great condition. Have decided to call Chris for a yearly well check on my system. See you next year Chris ?
