5 Star Plumbing, Heating, and Air

Horrible job. Still repairing their work. (Ill post pictures). Refused to come and repair the faulty install. They left huge holes in the wall behind our water heater and washing machine which turned into a huge rat problem, very messy workers who didnt clean up, they were late coming and left early most days with excuses that they needed parts that couldnt be bought locally.(I live 2 blocks from a commercial plumbing supply store). Local code requires that they secure the pipes to a fixed object at every corner and at 10 ft intervals. Not done.... the maneger tried to lie and say they were secured but hangjng them a foot off the floor joists with straps doesnt remotely count. He doesnt seem to know the laws in his own trade.

I highly recommend this company! I called them and they offered to make an appointment the next day due to my availability. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to do a next day appointment so they made it for the following day. The technician they sent out was Jeremy and someone else. They both were very kind and professional. Jeremy explained the needed repairs quoted me on a price and afterwords explain the work that was done and showed us everything. They were very respectful of our home and of us. I definitely will give them a call again thank you 5 star.

Jacob and Brody were wonderful. Very very nice. Brody had beautiful eyes. Nice guy. Jacob was very sweet and professional. They came out on time and helped me fix a leak before I sell my house and will recommend this company to all of our neighbors before we go. Thanks!!!

Absolutely fantastic! Contacted the team on a holiday due to an emergency at my home; the technician was at my house within an hour, completed the work in less than 30 minutes. Great price and WAY under what other plumbers quoted me. I think I have found my go to plumbing/HVAC team...keep up the great work 5 STAR!!

Extremely fast and useful! Jacob and Brody came and repaired a leak in the gas line within an hour and now I can run my heat again! Thanks so much 5 star. Definitely will call for future needs.

Jacob, Brody and Juan were absolutely amazing! Called them and they came right over and had my leak fixed within 24 hours. Would highly recommend.

Joseph and his partner were gracious enough to look down my sewer drain line , in order to give me an estimate on a broken saddle connection that another company claimed. Their findings were a system in good shape. I would definitely call on 5 star with future problems.

Jacob and Brody came out to clean our mainline and camera the line to make sure we didn’t have any further issues. Unfortunately there were roots in the line but surely these guys will be the ones to take care of it for us. Thanks 5 star!
