Great business with knowledgeable friendly staff. I needed parts for an urgent repair and online orders would take two weeks to arrive. This shop had the parts in stock for same day pickup, at a better price than online sellers!

Very helpful. My motor died and the air was blowing warm. Everything I needed was in stock. Great prices and I had my air conditioning working again in two hours.
Went in to buy a contactor, but they didn't have the right part. He sold me a substitute part that he swore would work, for $24. (Too much) it didn't work, and I had to drive to Temecula to get the right part, for $9. When I tried to return the wrong part to him, he told me there would be a $12 fee to return it. So I only got $10.80 back for my $24 useless part. He even had the nerve to ask me if I was sure I didn't want to just keep it. Why would I keep a part I can't use? Don't waste your money here..
Spoke to Mike over the phone and he helped find the blower wheel I was looking for. The new blower wheel is a universal brand but it works as good as the oem. Will definitely be back
I live in Murrieta, CA and not one store in Murrieta/Temecula area will sell parts to general public - only contractors which is complete BS. So I called Karnair in Hemet, excellent customer service, had part in stock and answered my questions regarding furnace. Even though I had to drive 30 minutes each way it was worth not having to wait a week to order part online. Thank you Karnair...

Ever since John left this location has gone downhill.As far as customer service the long-haired gentleman who works behind the counter it's very unprofessional, unhelpful, unknowledgeable and rude and I'm not writing this review based on one bad experience I gave them multiple chances and every time was just a bad experience it sucks too because I was a customer of theirs since they had first opened their Hemet location
This has no customer service when I got there the only employee was outside in his car with a girl, when I got in he did not talk to me at all, I asked him if the parts were in he ignored me and only when he printed out the receipt did he said here it is.
