I spoke with a man to book an appointment for a new A/C unit. They were a no-show.
When I called the office, the woman was extremely rude and told me they dont even do residential A/C so there is no way I could have an appointment. And since I didnt remember the mans name who I spoke to, "they weren't going to help me." If you want to waste your time waiting for these people, give them a call.

Had some work done a few months ago. Techs were clean and friendly, service was great, haven't had any issues since. Highly recommend this company.
