While looking for a reasonable HVAC repair in Placentia area, rcvd call from Guaranteed Quality and told them that switching from heat to air was unresponsive. I was told for a reasonable price I would have a diagnosis from a tech within the next 24 hours, a wonderful response time. the tech arrived ON TIME and a quick review diagnosed the problem with a very old HVAC system. He was able to save our system and provide some relief while preparing us for the possibility of needing a new system within the next 2-3 yrs. From customer service with James to the repair tech Brandon, all interactions where professional and appropriate making us feel comfortable with the repairs being done and what the future would require. All very timely from the first contact to the finished repair.

Ron and Chris, with GQ Heating and Air, were very friendly and helpful in trouble shooting my existing HVAC system. Their input was valuable in my planning for the replacement and relocation of my system. Although I did not use GQ for my job, I would have no hesitancy recommending GQ.

I’m so over this installation this will be the second time I had to call them out to come and fix my new system. I got the system October 2022. The system cost me $12,000 and so far it’s not worth it
or helping to heat my home and then when we initially got it and it was heating there was a burning smell that was unbearable. The smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm went off I had to call the fire department. They told me to keep the system shut off because regardless of what the company told me was a normal process they had a cycle through after a week of running the system. I should not have smelled that or there should not have been any alarms going off . I have four children in My Home under the age of five who now have runny noses and are sick because now the heat doesn’t work.

GQ Heating & Air did a great job installing our new ductless mini split system. Very professional and we are very satisfied and we highly recommend their company.

Guaranteed Quality Heating and Air is one of the great companies that gave me a quote for the “Mini Split” system which is an alternative to centralized heating and air for your home. Bernie was the person we talked with and he was not hesitant to give a background about the company and to offer more suggestions, that we didn’t think of, regarding our project. I appreciate when someone is confident enough to offer more information due to the fact they know their products and the size needed for our project and we don’t. This is a local company, they offer many incentives, they also have financing available. Although we did not choose them I feel great about giving them a great review based on my personal interaction during the quote process. I hope this review helps you to give them a call.

I wanted to tune up my two units just because I felt they needed it and Joshua was amazing! He came out quickly and on time. Once he was here he went through my AC system, performed his services, rechecked my system, and then gave me some future options to consider without pressuring me. Josh and the lady over the phone who took my payment (SO PLEASANT), I appreciate the customer service, professionalism, honesty, and just all-around good public relations. Bill came out to my condo and offered several options for repairing my system. I felt confident that he was honest in his assessment and bid. He answered all my questions and it never felt like a "hard sale", which I appreciate. I was extremely impressed with the installers. They worked straight though until my new system was in place. They even provided protective covering on my hardwood floors while they worked. I'm loving the fact that I now have a smart thermostat as well!

Your workers are working very hard! The attitude of individual workers is a little bad! But the attitude of the woman in the office is a little fierce! Talk fiercely! The price is a little high!

Christopher came to my house and he was very professional , experience d, responsible and very knowledgeable.
