After having my elderly parents almost get scammed by another company to the tune of 8600 dollars for a new furnace I contacted Grangers for a second opinion.
Joe came out and did an inspection of their system and found absolutely nothing wrong with their system saving my parents big.
Their professionalism and honesty is really a breath of fresh air and I would recommend this company for all your HVAC needs
My mom called them a week and a half ago (before this latest heat wave) and told them that our air conditioning needed to be checked out because it wasn't running efficiently, they said they would call her back when they knew when they could send a technician out. She didn't hear from them. Fast forward to a week later and she calls them again asking when they can send someone out, they still tell her that they will call her when they're able to send someone. Meanwhile, it's been a week and a half in this current heat wave and we still haven't heard from them at all. 😡 My mom has health issues and needs to be able to at least have the thermostat to be set to at the most 78, if we set it to that right now it would be running all the time and possibly burn out and/or contribute to the possible power outages that we were all warned about if we don't conserve engery. They used to be more reliable for service.
I don’t believe I have ever tried to deal with company as discourteous and unprofessional as Granger’s. Thursday late I called just after Cole had shut down his computer. The blower on my heating unit, which blows out the cool air for the air-conditioning, was make shrill and swooshing noises. He assured me it would be fixed o Friday and they would call and tell me when in the morning. It turned out I could not be here at 8:00 when they opened. I recorded a special message on my voice mail that they could set up an appointment in the afternoon. They called at 8:O6. They had to verify my address as they could not find it on a map app. At 9:04 I returned their call. My street name had been spelled wrong. They would have to get hold of a technician to find out what time and would call me back. I called again at 10:30, same thing! At 1:00 I called again and this time was told that they would be there between and 1:00 and 4:00. At 4:20 I called again. They connected me with Cole and I was told they would not be able to make it that day as they were tied up with another job. It was too late to get anyone else out here. I was afraid to run unit so No AIR this weekend!!!!!!! I am 78 years old. I could have called someone else if I had known this at 9:04 Friday morning!!!!!!!
Needed a capacitor for an air conditioning unit that went down over the long hot labor day weekend. Called and they had it in stock. David was kind enough to hold it for me.
Very good service. We are a business with multiple units. Well over a hundred degrees and no A/C. They worked us in on the next cancellation (3 hours). Got it working for the next couple of days while they ordered parts. Very inexpensive for the service call and the parts. Returned and working great for the last 4 months, thanks again for your help and support.
They installed my air-conditioning unit Dec. 2016 it has broken down 4 times in that span and Expect to charge me every time to fix it. It's absolutely ridiculous to pay somebody 15 to $20000 for a job and it break down every year... once ok it might be a simple malfunction but 4 times!!! if they try to charge me again... I'll have to look for a lawyer.
Oh my!!! It's 100+ outside. Need a repair person immediately. "Dale" saved the day!! He is loud, boisterous and amazing! LOVE him and Granger's. They have done work for us over the years and NEVER have disappointed. Fair pricing and an honest establishment.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Paid $900.00 for a freon service that only lasted 4 hours, called back same day but couldn't or wouldn't come out for 2 weeks later.Kyle came out second time asked to use the restroom went outside said he forgot something left for 45 min. Whatever he did this time only lasted 2 hours,If A.C. unit was bad wouldn't he have known before? Or at least pressure test it? Called office to speak to a manager, the employees are a reflection of their managers,Rude,Disrespectful, Dishonest, we paid our hard earned money and nothing to show for it.Can't stress enough.DO NOT USE.
Never got greeted and they never stopped their dog from barking at my leg. The two guys smoking in the room never helped and the other guy doing paperwork didn't get up until i asked if they were open to the public. This place was like the twilight zone
Known Mr. Granger for years. Definitely "Old School" businessman. Air conditioning is in his blood. Generations of experience. He has done work for me at three locations. Excellent work and diligent follow up during the years.
