Very accommodating. You went way out of his way to get me my part. I drove from out of state and time was pressing; he had my part sitting on the desk ready for pickup.

I understand with buying used parts , soemtimes dont work right , i called and brad right away said no problem i will replace the item today . i never right reviews but hard not to with such great customer service.
