Molnar Heating & Air Conditioning

Molnar was the company used by our contractor three years ago when we did a full remodel and had central air installed. Recently our AC unit started flooding water into the attic and stopped working altogether... it took two days of phone calls back and forth to finally get a reply from Cindee, who told us she wouldn't be able to send out a tech for at least a week. She also wouldn't tell us whether our system was still under warranty because she was "busy doing payroll at the moment." I called her several days afterward to try to see if she had any earlier appointments available since my wife is 8 months pregnant and not handling the heat well, but she never answered the phone or returned my calls.

Maybe their service is decent, but I wouldn't know because their communication is sorely lacking.

I've used these guys for years and couldn't be happier. Joe, Sindy and Chris have always taken care of business whether it be for new construction or service, their professionalism and quality is top notch.

Installed a great system to replace the sears (aluminum corroded) and got me a quiet brand. Was here to repair other parts of the system sears had put in.

Company was called at 7am on a very warm day and the a/c was fixed by 2pm

.......as somebody who's been in both the home building and customer service industry....molnar heating and ac.....is the only call you need to make....hands down best experience
