Efficient, timely, effective. From the initial call, all charges were explained. Marco came out and had our heating system working and gave us tips on how to prevent cat fur from clogging our system. Highly recommended.

When we suddenly realized our heat pump was circulating very cold air throughout our house, we contacted Precision Temperature and explained our problem. They offered to come to our home for emergency repairs but we opted for a service appointment the following morning. Their service technician, Christian, arrived exactly on time and suggested he should first handle our system as a maintenance check rather than a repair. Going through our system, Christian discovered the problem, explained what was happening in a way we could understand, and immediately corrected it. He also offered to replace the filters on our air conditioning system which were long overdue.
