Peck Heating & Air Conditioning

John has been so supportive in taking all my calls and educating me on the questions I had. Will be getting a new Bosch System next week. John filled our old system with Freon today so we would be comfortable until the installation!

John Harvey helped us with our HVAC packaged unit replacement. He went out of his way before installation to answer all of our questions and explain the pros and cons of upgrading to a heat pump unit. The installation team could have paid more attention to detail, but John came back after the install and fully remediated all of our concerns.

We went with Peck Heating and Air to support local small business and are glad we did so. They are a professional company who cares about their work - we will definitely be using them again for the future!

Their customer service is great. The techs that came out to fix my heating and ac were very polite and efficient. Once they were done installing the replacement parts they both made sure the system was working correctly. They even fixed an error on my thermostat. The customer service I was provided from start to finish is something I feel is gard to find now a days. Definitely going to use them again for maintenance and for any future problems.

Pam was very helpful to us. He checked out our AC unit to determine its condition and let us know what we could do to keep it in good shape. He was very honest and explained clearly what he was doing and what he recommends. I will recommend Peck to our friends and family.

Ricardo arrived on time. Was very thorough and took his time on the spring maintenance. Diagnosed low voltage and repaired. A/C runs good. Very satisfied with Ricardo!

Ricardo was great! He explained to me the repair needed and how the HVAC was working. He also stayed late to adjust my settings on my thermostat.

Peck Heating and air is an excellent company. They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. My heater went out recently when it was really cold. Made an appointment with Pamela in the office and Randy came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. They were able to get the part pretty quickly and one more short visit and my heat was up and running again. They are very fair in their pricing and Randy explained what was going on and what I would need to look out for in the future. Highly recommend. Thanks you guys!

Ricardo is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He easily found, fixed and explained the problem with our super old air conditioner from the 90’s, all at a fair price.
