Swift Heating & Air

These guys are awesome! My heating unit went out and I had gone on to Thumbtack to have a contractor provide an estimate. They came and after 45 minutes wanted to charge me $800.00 for repairs. They listed what they were doing but would not discuss their hourly rate or materials costs. I asked them to defend their quote and the response was this was an industry standard....I sent them packing and in another search was lucky enough to find Swift.

I told him of the circumstance and he was at my house within an hour. He took the same amount of time assessing the situation and did the repair WITHOUT PARTS and provided recommendations and a transparent labor fee for the 1 hr he spent doing the work. COMPLETELY trustworthy and friendly - these kind of people restore your faith in mankind.

Swift replaced my heating and a/c system. I got several quotes and found them to be the most reasonably priced. They were very clean and courteous and felt good about letting them in my home even though I was not there all day. I would recommend them to anyone.

I used Swift Heating & Air for a commercial building with 30+ HVAC units on the roof and 4 inside building. Swift flawlessly lead the replacement of all 30 RTUs with use of helicopter in Fremont with ZERO issues.

Their resposiveness to service calls/requests is second to none. This outfit will tell you the truth, even if it means losing an 'up-sale'. Great people.

Air conditioning would not work today @ 111'. I called and they were able to assist me. Saved the day and now I'm cool again. Thanks again for the information, the dogs and I appreciate it.
