Joe is knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with. He came to us highly recommended and conducted the annual service on our AC unit. We instantly recognized the quality of his work and later hired him to do a larger job replacing both the AC and Furnace in a rental property. Joe pulled the necessary permits and met with the inspectors (who also appreciated his work) which made the process simple and easy for us.
Having worked with Joe on both small and now a large job, I can attest to his consistency and reliability. He always showed up when he said he would and completed the work in a timely and tidy manner. Joe has the kindest disposition, which makes him a true gem to work with. We used Joe’s Heating and Cooling, and we were very impressed with his work. He was very knowledgeable and professional during the installation. Although our heater wasn’t broken, it was the original heater that was in this house since the 70’s. Joe didn’t try to sell us a new one, in fact he suggested we could wait until it broke and then call him. (that’s how honest he is)

He also did some work for my 90yr old mother. At that time he went out of his way to find her a better deal so it wouldn’t cost her as much. I wouldn’t mind paying more if you need it, but don’t charge me more for things you don’t need. I would highly recommend Joe’s Heating and Cooling Inc. Someone whose honest and hardworking!

The heater stopped working at my mother in laws house. Joe diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes, and got it working again. Price was reasonable, and the service was professional. Highly recommended.

Joe is a VERY solid, experienced professional licensed HVAC contractor. Experience and wisdom to get the job done CORRECTLY the 1st time OR that other HVAC people may have messed up without homeowners even knowing they’ve been had. Joe conducted a step by step “surgical approach” to our Heat Pump system that needed total rewiring, new Freon (after another HVAC contractor overfilled the factory set level), and made sure that all of our rooms/vents were getting adequate air in summer then heat in the winter through many checks, fixes, installing a necessary extra return, etc. If the governor/CA want all houses to go electric instead of gas by 2030, with heat pump technology, all HVAC contractors need to learn them which seems to be a tall task. Until then, be sure to call Joe! He will get any job done correctly for any HVAC installation or fix. I can’t say more good things about him and his planning and professional approaches to any problem. :)
