Water heater stopped working Sunday afternoon. Called them up and they sent out a technician the next day. Ron G showed up and inspected my water heater. After explaining the issue and giving me an estimate with the water heater. I decided to proceed with installing a new water heater. He explained step by step what he was doing and always making sure if I had question he’d be gladly answer them. He got the job done and made sure everything was nice and secure. I heard the sound of running water in my garage and saw that my water heater was leaking water all over the garage and had sprayed onto the ceiling of the garage. I turned off the water and then called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating. They came out quickly and replaced my very old water heater. The service tech John was great.
