Chris was out to tune up our AC unit. Its over 30 years old, so we expect some maintenance issues. He located an issue that would become trouble later in the heat of the summer most likely and took care of it right away! He was on time and very professional. I like how his company confirmed the appointment the day before and kept us updated the day of with his arrival time via text. The price was great compared to others. We will definitely use Chris again in the future for any of our Heat/AC, duct needs!

Chris came within a half hour of the phone call! I let them know I had heat induced asthma and was having a hard time finding somebody to fix my system asap! He showed up and was so helpful, fixed my unit very quickly and was a very fair price! Highly recommend!

Would be a 5 but the guy that came out twice was part sales person part repair guy. Was trying to talk me into buying a new system. I know eventually I will need one but the purpose for a repair and inspection is to fix what we have because we can't afford a new one at the time and our unit does work ok. Just can do without sales pressure. But they do good work and good price.

Chris did explain clearly what was wrong why a/c upstairs was not working in spite of having the coil evaporator just replaced by his company last November of 2022. He said it was the zone control board this time which he replaced with Honeywell brand. A/C upstairs is now working. Hopefully, nothing else will go wrong with the said A/C.

The owner came out on time and determined what was wrong with the unit. The oem part would take 7 to 10 days to be mailed out by the manufacturer(ruud) so he was able to acquire the same piece in an assembly for a different brand's replacement part, and installed it in my unit the same morning. This was VERY MUCH appreciated as my first grand daughter came home from the hospital last night. On top of that I had misheard him when he gave me the original estimate, and was writing the check for $350 when he stopped me and clarified it was only $315, showing me how honest he is as a businessman. I would recommend this business to any and every one I know. As a retired contractor I was impressed! Thanks Chris!

Repairman, Jonathan, called and came early after I said that it was ok. He was efficient, put booties over his shoes and had me up and running in no time. Money spent was entirely reasonable for this repair. I’m on a limited budget and this was a very pleasant surprise. I plan on signing up with their preventive service plan.

Air conditioner stopped functioning on a Friday night. Called them on Saturday morning and they were at my house by 10:15 AM. Diagnosed the problem and repaired by 11:00 AM. Tough to beat that kind of service.
