I reached out to Brett about our AC going out . We made an appointment for the following day and I ended up cancelling because we still had a warranty . The warranty was horrible . Brett reached out to us the next day to see if our AC got fixed . I told him no and he offered to fix it . I told him someone else wanted to charge us $850 . He literally was so honest and said that was too much . He’s a good person and he truly cares for his customers . Thank you Brett . You’re amazing and our AC feels better than ever .
