If I could leave 10 stars I would. I've had multiple experiences and interactions with both the employees and leader ship at this company. If you want to have someone work in your home who will be thorough, honest and polite then this is who you want. They are very attentive, clean and kind. You work hard for your money and don't want to waste it. Make sure you use reputable professionals that do the job right the first time and only charge you for what you actually need done.

I called to schedule an appointment they came in right away and took care of my AC issue. They are friendly and takes the time to educate you as well. I will recommend them for future services.

So impressed and happy with this company. Spoke with Pete about our issue after calling 3 other places, and he was the first one to immediately know what the problem could be just by my description. He sent out Ryan the same day. Ryan was quick, efficient, and knew exactly what he was doing. As soon as he walked in he went right to work. He had the problem fixed in less than 10 minutes. Pete was our hero! HVAC broke in the middle of construction on 105 degree day. He squeeze us in that day and fixed quickly. Very fair pricing and didnt try to push us to upgrade our HVAC system like most try to do.

My AC started blowing warm air and with the weather being why it is in Menifee I needed a HVAC company asap. The house would sit over night in the mid to low 80s and I have 2 very young kids. After stressing about what company I would go with thinking I might need a whole new system I came across a truck on the freeway. It was almost like a sign so I saved the number and called as soon as I got home. They answered immediately and showed up first thing the next day. Long story short I didn’t need a new system, I was given honest, straight forward answers and solutions to my problems. Now my AC is fully functional and my family is fresh and all for a reasonable price. I am very thankful I used above all!

My AC recently went out and Pete came to repair it without any scare tactics, pressure or games. He repaired it at a third of the cost of my first estimate.

My first estimate was from Cool Air Solutions. A man about thirty came out and inspected my AC. When he explained all the things that could go wrong I was alarmed. I was worried about a very high air conditioner replacement cost. CAS told me it was $375 a pound for the first pound of freon and every pound there after was $200 (9 pounds total). when I asked why the first pound was so expensive the salesman didn't answer I asked again he changed the subject again. There was many other things that went wrong with my experience with the first company. at that point I asked the gentleman to leave paid them their $98 trip charge and waited for my next appointment. Total estimate $2375

Pete from Above and Beyond heating and air showed up an hour later. He inspected my unit and in a much shorter amount of time told me it would be about five pounds of freon at $175. Total service that day $944. Pete didn't use any worse case possible scenarios and I was pleased to hear my air conditioner would possibly last about 5 more years.
